Grapes: 80% Meunier 20% Chardonnay
Straw yellow and strong perlage.
Slight oxidation, persuasive and delicate.
Beautiful acidity, sapid, long and citrusy finish.
The 6-hectare estate is made up of 70% Meunier grapes, typical of the Marne Valley, as well as 15% Pinot Noir and 15% Chardonnay certified organic viticulture.
In 2018 the choice was made to pass the entire property into biodynamic.
