Constant bubbly. straw-yellow color with green reflections.
Freshness that is revealed through the notes of white flowers (acacia, jasmine) associated with white fruit.
On the palate it is fine, elegant, silky and delicate that extends over citrus notes in the finish.
Pairing: Ideal with appetizers and fish dishes.
