Champagne Pinot-Chevauchet "Blanc de Noirs" Vieilles Vignes - Extra Brut

In stock
Grapes: 100% Meunier A great Blanc de Noirs, fruit of the 2015 harvest of the 3 parcels of the Maison; 3 like the grandmothers who own the vineyards to which the label is dedicated: Pierrotte, Marie-Mulotte and Neuville. 70-year-old vineyards, limited edition production of only 2500 bottles. Pale yellow gold color, lively perlage, fine and very persistent. Fresh, seductive nose with fruity notes of white fruit and dried fruit with mineral nuances. In the mouth shows from the beginning a nice balance between liveliness and softness that leaves room to the aromas of fruit and white flowers. The finish is elegant, mineral, almost saline. Pairing: ideal as an aperitif, perfect with dishes based on raw seafood. Try it with French cheeses like Comté and Maroilles. Dosage: 3.5 g / l, vinified entirely in wood without batonnage. Alcohol content: 12% Vol
Grapes: 100% Meunier The spirit of the Maison Pinot-Chevauchet is excellence and respect for the environment. Excellence because before marketing their Champagne they require that they are aged at least 5 years in bottles using very few sulphites, the minimum allowed to guarantee an optimal guarantee and enjoyment in the tasting. Respect for the environment because for 20 years they have been guiding their vines in reasoned and sustainable viticulture without using herbicides and chemicals with organic nourishment for vineyards and biological control against pests. Production Area: à Moussy - Vallée de la Marne
