Excellence because before marketing their Champagne they require that they are aged for at least 5 years in bottles using pochisiimi sulfites, the minimum allowed to guarantee an optimal guarantee and enjoyment in the tasting.
Respect for the environment because for 20 years they have been guiding their vines in reasoned and sustainable viticulture without using herbicides and chemicals with organic nourishment for vineyards and biological control against pests.
