Grapes: 100% Syrah
This wine is made from Syrah grapes grown in its own vineyards located in Tain l'Hermitage and conducted in Biodynamic. In the cellar the grapes are 90% de-stemmed, the remaining part not de-stemmed will favor a spontaneous fermentation without selected yeasts; the macerations last 20 days and the aging is done in 500 liter barrels for over a year and a half.

Production Region: Rhone Valley
Pairing: perfect with meat-based dishes, ideal with roast lamb.
