Domaine Gérard Boulay Sancerre Blanc

Grapes: Sauvignon blanc Fragrances and aromas of white fruit and ripe stone recall a great Riesling and even a white Burgundy, the subtle characters of grass and chalk powder are typical of Chavignol. The nose has aromas of bitter citrus fruits, with salty and smoky traits, and a rather pungent, fresh and expressive style. The palate is full, with a character of creamy fruit, deliciously pungent and safe as the nose but also precise, with a very salty minerality that supports it, a wonderful style.
