Gabriel Boudier "Saffron Gin"
Format: 70 cl Alcohol content: 40% Vol. Botany: Juniper, Coriander, Lemon, Orange Peel, Angelica Seeds, Iris, Fennel and Saffron
The saffron Gin comes from a recipe rediscovered in the Boudier archives. Saffron Gin is the result of an alliance between Great Britain for London Dry Gin, India for its spice widely used in cooking and religious ceremonies and the French know-how developed by Gabriel Boudier. This original product with exotic notes is produced entirely in Dijon and is used in numerous cocktails, the most famous being the gin and tonic saffron.
