Production: The botanicals are infused and macerated in alcohol separately and then distilled at low temperature, always separately. The different distillates are then combined with a skilful balance and the whole is brought to a 43% gradation with the water of the Acqueverdi source. In Saint-Marcel, a huge, centuries-old chestnut tree near the Sanctuary of Plout, indicates the beginning of the magical path of Verruc leading to the ACQUEVERDI, "eiva verta" in the Saint-Marcel patois. Here you can breathe a fairy and muffled atmosphere of tranquility and silence accompanied by the gurgle of Acqueverdi, of an extraordinary and bright blue-green color, a stream on whose banks grow the essences that make this unique Alpine Gin.
