Grapes: Nebbiolo A red that has been able to develop wide and delicate aromas, which is particularly round on the palate, with extremely velvety tannins. Food pairing: for the whole meal, it goes well with game-based main courses and red meats in general. Excellent at the end of a meal with a plate of very mature cheeses. Alcohol content: 14,5%Vol
Grapes: Nebbiolo Ruby red with light garnet reflections. The nose has a broad and elegant bouquet, reminiscent of raisin cherry and cocoa, tobacco and goudron. The palate is soft, round, austere, with extremely velvety tannins. Of excellent persistence. Produced only from Nebbiolo grapes from the vineyards of the Mosconi area, the "Big 'd Big" is a wine that stands out for the pleasantness it expresses immediately. A soft and persuasive Barolo, which matures in barriques for about 36 years before a further year in the bottle.
