Ronco dei Tassi Sauvignon Collio Doc
Grapes: Sauvignon Colour: Straw yellow. Nose: an intense, varietal perfume emerges, with hints of pepper, elderflower, peach and some tropical fruits. The taste in the mouth is dry, full bodied with a good permanence, where it recalls, with a certain aromaticity, the varietal origin. Food pairing: perfect as an aperitif, ideal with fish and shellfish dishes.
Grapes: Sauvignon (4 different clones) The company, which is run at a family level together with his two sons Matteo and Enrico, now covers an area of over 30 hectares, of which more than 18 are vineyards and the rest woodland. The entire production area is located at the edge of the Plessiva Natural Park, in the heart of the Collio Goriziano, at an altitude between 400 and 200 meters above sea level. This relationship between the area under vines and the forest, linked to cultivation techniques that are extremely respectful of the environment, really makes it possible to develop an eco-sustainable viticulture that protects consumers and guarantees a future for this splendid territory.
