Tenuta La Viola "Il Colombarone" Sangiovese di Romagna Superiore Doc - Magnum

Grapes: 100% Sangiovese The wine has an intense and full ruby red color. The scents are delicate, reminiscent of the small red fruit pulp such as cherries and sour cherries or those of the woods such as wild strawberries, some herbaceous notes and spices come to the nose along with a strong and appropriate alcohol. There are also delicate floral sensations. On the palate, both the acidic vein and the sapidity can be perceived clearly right from the start, while the minerality is just outlined. The tannin, although present, is soft and rather elegant. To give pleasant sensations contributes both an important alcoholic softness and the rich and consistent texture that reminds the taste of a fairly ripe fruit. The finish is quite long and leaves the mouth dry and warm.
